House

The house, built on a rock bench, develops on one level, with two levels, being the large kitchen at a lowered level of 80cm from the rest of the home, integrated in the olive grove that surrounds it on three sides.

The last side is a natural terrace on the rock, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the olive trees.

Entering the entrance area, you have a bathroom service left and down, four steps down, you are in the kitchen, the heart of the house.

From the kitchen you access a porch, from which you can get out in the olive grove.

From the entrance you enter a bright living room, with a window door on a roundabout, from which you can enjoy the view of the hills in front of the house.

Crossing the living room you enter the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The room also has a window door to access the round terrace.

From the entrance to the right you enter the sleeping area, with two bedrooms, one double and one double, and a bathroom with bathtub. Both rooms have a windowed door that enters a large courtyard, in contact with the olive trees and plants surrounding the house.

The entrance and a door window, which directly enters the sleeping area, enjoy the coolness of a porch.

The olive grove

The property enjoys an olive grove of 16,000 square meters, with about 500 olive trees, including lemons, grapefruits, figs, pomegranates, carobs, nuts and figs.

Streets, paths and stone stairs allow you to walk in a naturally relaxing environment with frequent rosemary hedges and lavender plants.

The pool

The swimming pool is of a rectangular shape, measuring 10 meters by 5 and has a constant depth of 1.5 mt for half length and 2.5 m for the other half.

It is surrounded by a stone pavement, with a sun terrace, with deckchairs, looking at the house, and another relaxation area on the other side, with large gazebo, table, chairs and deckchairs. The pool lining is in celestial tiles, with internal and external lighting.

Under the solarium there is a dressing room with two showers and a bathroom.
